The Service Level Agreement clarifies the business relationship between the Judicial Studies Board for Northern Ireland and The Northern Ireland Lay Magistrates’ Association. It serves to inform all Association members of the level of service it can expect to receive from staff in JSB, and provide advice on the role that the Association plays within our business relationship.
