Master [Evan] Bell practised as a solicitor in the public sector between 1979 and 2006 when he was appointed as a Queen’s Bench and Matrimonial Master. He is a joint author of three books and numerous law journal articles and has lectured at a variety of conferences outside the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland.
